1. Sample bites and drinks of wild plants found in our NW woods at our home first, then,
2. Walk through a natural NW forest, part of a conservation area near our home, requiring about 2 miles round trip on mostly level trails (a little uphill here and there, but moderate). We will become familiar with native trees, shrubs, ferns, & flowering herbs as pathways to knowing them for survival. This is a natural conserve on the upper Key Peninsula area.

We will meet in the Galilee Room for a presentation by Pastor Frank Wilson on the origins and theology of liturgy. Our speaker will be drawing from his academic studies and pastoral experience to share his deep love of liturgy.
Recently, Pastor Wilson introduced us to theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

Hard to Recycle Event
PLC Creation Care will sponsor a
“Hard to Recycle item Drop off day.”
On that day you may drop off items listed below (sorted by categories listed) at the Church. Team members will transport items to the appropriate Recycling Center.
Sorting items in your own bags & cardboard boxes will help your Creation Care Team’s separation process.
This is one way we can REDUCE the load on our LANDFILLS and get items back into a useful cycle in our lives.

Batteries (separate: Alkaline, Ni-Cad, Lithium-Place corroded batteries in baggies)

Seder Meal
Join us for a Seder meal as we walk through Scripture and liturgy together, remembering the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt and exploring how the Passover story points to Jesus. As we share in this meaningful time of worship and learning, we will also enjoy a meal together in fellowship.
