PLC Creation Care will sponsor a “Hard to Recycle item Drop off day.”

On that day you may drop off items listed below (sorted by categories listed) at the Church.  Team members will transport items to the appropriate Recycling Center. 

Sorting items in your own bags & cardboard boxes will help your Creation Care Team’s separation process.

This is one way we can REDUCE the load on our LANDFILLS and get items back into a useful cycle in our lives. 

Items Accepted:

Fluorescent lightbulbs

Batteries (separate: Alkaline, Ni-Cad, Lithium-Place corroded batteries in baggies)

Plastic lids

Styrofoam & Foam blocks

Loose metal (screws, nails, lids…)

Printer/Toner cartridges

Cell phones/Chargers

Electronic cords, Holiday lights

Empty glass Bottles & Jars (NO broken glass)

Shredded paper (in Paper bag stapled shut)

Plastic bags, Bubble wrap
