Services at PLC

God wants all of us, with our whole being, to love Him.  He desires authenticity, not empty rituals. He doesn’t prefer one style of music over another. God wants you to know Him and honor Him.  A principal way of offering up the sacrifice of praise to God is to come together with others into His presence….

At PLC, we have two very distinct worship services each Sunday
:

8:00 Traditional Worship:   Uses the Lutheran Book of Worship as the main source of liturgy and music. Singing is supported by our Chancel Choir, under the direction of Nathan Sears. Our organist, Alicia Barr, supplies Prelude and Postlude music to create a contemplative atmosphere for worship.

10:30 Contemporary Worship:  Hold on to your seats!  Our contemporary worship utilizes current Christian music played and led by our Praise Team – consisting of drums, guitars, keys, and singers.  The style of music is comparable to pop or light rock.

Some frequently asked questions (and answers) are available on our FAQ page.
