Why LIFE? Well, take a look at our purpose statement and its scriptural support:

The purpose statement: "Leading others towards Christ through Love, Integrity, Faith and Encouragement"

Scriptural support: "For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully 12giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. 13For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." Colossians 1:9-14

Our youth ministry is not so much driven by how many kids attend, or what games we play, instead we focus on how we may make an impact in each and every Middle School LIFE!

Middle School Retreat:

Here at PLC we are about to embark on one of the most exciting
events of the summer, the Middle School Road Trip! Join us at Black
Lake Bible Camp, Thursday, August 26th-29th. This will not be
your typical camp experience, as this event will be relevant to the
upcoming year in MS LIFE.

The theme this year will focus on "The Game of LIFE." Life can be
like an unpredictable game with highs and lows. No matter what
comes our way we can always "finish strong" when we utilize Love,
Integrity, Faith and Encouragement.

Black Lake Bible Camp is located near Olympia and offers: water
front activities including the blob, archery, put-put, human foosball,
frisbee golf, and much more. I have personally been to this camp and
loved it! You can learn more at www.blacklakebiblecamp.com.

This retreat will cost $100. This is a subsidized fee that includes: 3
nights, 4 days, 7 meals, all camp activities, transportation and a
themed t-shirt. Scholarships are available, but we ask you to pay
what you can. This is an invite a friend event!!

You are more than welcome to meet us at camp on Friday if your
schedule does not permit you to attend on Thursday. Please send in
your deposit and RSVP by August 15th. (Use form to the right of page)

See you at camp!
